The first part of this article will walk you through what to do if you open the Musio app and see a blank screen with a missing catalog. The second part will show you what to do if you open an individual library in Musio and the articulation/patches list is missing and it's just a blank screen.
Fixing A Blank Musio Screen or Missing Catalog
1. Log Out and Back Into Musio Connect

2. Update the Catalog

- At the top left, click the Catalog Refresh button, just under the Search bar.
3. Reset the Assets Folder
If the catalog is still blank, try the following:
- Close your DAW, Musio, and Musio Connect (make sure none of these apps are running).
- Navigate to:
-
macOS: /Users/Shared/Musio Connect/Assets
- If you can’t see the Library folder, press Shift + Command + . (period) to reveal hidden folders.
- Windows: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Musio Connect\Assets
-
macOS: /Users/Shared/Musio Connect/Assets
- Delete the Assets folder.
- Relaunch Musio Connect.
4. Reinstall Musio
If the steps above didn’t work, a fresh reinstall might help. Please follow the instructions in this article to reinstall Musio.
