If you experience a crash while exporting Musio tracks in Logic Pro and subsequently there's no sound in the exported tracks, try these steps:
1. Update Musio
First, make sure you’re using the latest version of Musio.
Open Musio Connect (Musio’s companion app).
Look in the bottom-left corner for a red Update link.
If an update is available, click it and install the newest version of Musio.
After updating, try exporting your track again to see if the problem is resolved.
2. If the Issue Continues
If you’re already on the latest version or updating doesn’t help, please send us some details so we can investigate further. Please let us know:
Do you see any error messages when the window closes or crashes?
Are you using single instances of Musio (one instrument per instance) or multi-outputs? We want to check if this might be related to routing.
Which operating system and DAW (and version) are you using?
3. Send Supporting Files
To help us recreate the issue, please also send:
A short video showing what happens when you try to bounce in place.
A copy of your DAW session where this happens.
Please disable all third-party plugins before sending.
Zip the project folder and either attach it to your message or send it via a Dropbox or Google Drive link if it’s too large.
Musio log files.
Open Musio and click the three-line menu in the top right corner.
Select Submit Feedback and make sure "Include Logs" is checked to send the log files.
