If Musio crashes or doesn't shut down properly, don't worry as we're here to help! Below are common crash scenarios and what to do in each case:
“Uh oh, it looks like Musio Connect did not shut down properly last time.”
This message appears when Musio doesn't close correctly (for example, after a crash or force quit). To help us figure out what went wrong:
- Open Musio
- Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner
- Select Submit Feedback
- In the text box, briefly describe what happened before the message appeared
- Check the box for “Include Log Files”
- Click Submit
Our Development team will review the logs and get back to you as soon as possible.
Musio Crashed While Changing Sample Rate
If Musio crashed while adjusting the sample rate:
- Open Musio
- Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner
- Select Submit Feedback
- In the message box, write that the crash occurred while changing the sample rate, and include your audio interface model
- Check “Include Log Files”
- Click Submit
