If the VST3 version of Musio is creating unnecessary undo points in Reaper, follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Right-Click Before Adding Musio
- Locate the Musio plugin in Reaper’s plugin browser.
- Right-click on the Musio plugin instead of double-clicking to add it to your track.
- Adjust Compatibility Settings
- In the menu that appears, select Compatibility Settings.
- Enable Minimal Undo States
- Check the box for Save minimal undo states to prevent Musio from creating excessive undo points.
- Add Musio to Your Track
- Now, add Musio to your track. This setting will ensure the issue is resolved.
Important Notes
- This fix applies only to new instances of Musio in Reaper.
- For any existing Musio tracks, you’ll need to remove the old instances and add them back with the updated settings.
