If Musio stops producing sound and you find yourself reloading it, creating new tracks, or disabling and enabling it to fix the issue temporarily, let’s work through some steps to resolve this problem for good:
Step 1: Update Musio
Make sure you’re using the latest version of Musio:
- Open Musio Connect (Musio’s companion app).
- Check for a red update link in the bottom-left corner.
- If you see it, click it to download and install the latest version.
Step 2: Adjust Musio Connect Settings
The issue might be related to Musio Connect losing its connection. Let’s adjust its settings:
- Open Musio Connect.
- Go to Settings.
- Under the System tab, deactivate the option ‘Run Musio Connect Only When Needed’.
Test Musio again. Does this resolve the issue?
