If you see the error message "Could not find Musio Connect at C:\Program Files\Musio\Musio Connect.exe. Please open it manually", this may mean that the Musio Connect application (Musio's companion app) can’t be found in its default installation folder. Follow the steps below to fix it:
1. Check the Musio Connect Folder

Go to this location on your computer:
C:\Program Files\Musio
Do you see a file called Musio Connect.exe inside that folder?
2. Try Opening It Manually
If you do see the file, try double-clicking it to open Musio Connect manually.
If Musio opens and runs correctly afterward, the issue may have been a one-time connection error.
3. If the File Is Missing or Moved
If Musio Connect.exe isn’t in that folder, it may have been deleted or installed somewhere else.
Musio Connect must be installed at C:\Program Files\Musio for certain DAWs to detect it properly.
To fix this, move the Musio Connect folder (or reinstall Musio Connect) back to this default location from where it was installed to so that it’s located in that directory.
