Musio purchases are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, which accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
- Alipay
Payment Method Availability
Some payment options may only appear based on your location, transaction currency, and device. For example:
- PayPal is only available for transactions in currencies that PayPal supports.
- Apple Pay is only shown when using a compatible Apple device or browser.
- iDEAL is available only for customers in the Netherlands making purchases in Euros.
Paddle automatically determines which payment methods to display, so you don’t need to adjust any settings. For more details, visit Paddle's website.
Financing and Gift Options
- We do not currently offer financing or rent-to-own payment plans. However, a free 3-day trial is available for all instruments so you can test Musio.
- Gift cards or vouchers for Musio are not available at this time. If you’d like to purchase Musio as a gift, you’ll need to buy it under the recipient’s name and email.
- If they don’t have an account yet, they can create one at portal.musio.com, and you can then enter your payment details to complete the purchase on their behalf.
