If you receive an “E-403” error message while trying to purchase Musio, it means that our payment processor, Paddle, is currently unable to process payments from your detected country of residence. This is due to international sanctions and policies set by Paddle and their banking partners. Unfortunately, this is not something Musio has control over, and our Support team is unable to override these restrictions.
