Upgrading from Monthly to Annual Subscription
Q: I have a monthly subscription and want to upgrade to an annual subscription. How do I do this?
You can upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time. There's no need to cancel your current monthly subscription first. When you switch to the annual plan, you’ll see a preview of the prorated cost based on your current monthly usage. Once you confirm the upgrade, you’ll be charged this adjusted amount, and your new annual subscription will take effect immediately.
Purchasing Additional Annual Subscriptions During a Sale
Q: I have an active annual subscription, but I see a sale on the annual plan. Can I buy another year at the discounted rate?
No, the system does not allow you to purchase another annual subscription while you have an active one. Your current subscription renews automatically each year, so there’s no way to stack additional years in advance.
Using a Subscription Alongside a BRAND_SWAP License
Q: I have an active BRAND_SWAP (or PROMO) license. If I purchase a subscription, will it begin after my BRAND_SWAP license ends?
No, if you activate a subscription while your BRAND_SWAP license is still active, both will run at the same time instead of one following the other. We recommend waiting until your BRAND_SWAP license expires before purchasing a new subscription.
Purchasing Additional Monthly Subscriptions During a Sale
Q: I have a current monthly subscription. Can I buy additional months at the sale price?
No, because your monthly subscription renews automatically each month, the system does not allow you to purchase extra months in advance. This prevents accidental duplicate subscriptions.
Had An Annual Subscription And Accidentally Bought A Monthly Subscription
Q: I had an annual subscription and I accidentally bought a monthly subscription. How do I go back to an annual subscription?
You should be able to just upgrade back to an annual subscription again as you should have credit in your account that will prorate the amount. If you see a new charge amount that is more than $1, you can still try to get an annual subscription again. If it’s a larger amount, our Support team may be able to refund some of the difference.
