If you’re unable to log in to Musio and see the error message “Failed to fetch user data,” it usually means the app or website is having trouble connecting to your account. To help our team diagnose what’s happening, we may need an error log from your web browser.
How To Collect The Error Log
Go to portal.musio.com and attempt to log in.

Open your browser’s developer console:
Chrome or Firefox: Press F12, then click the Console tab.
Safari: Press Command + Option + C.
Once the Console is open, look for a line that starts with “Object.”
Click the small arrow to the left of “Object” to expand it.
Take a screenshot of the Console with the expanded Object visible.

When you contact support, please:
Email our Support team at support@musio.com and attach the screenshot of the Console as outlined above.
Copy and paste any visible error text from the Console into your message, if possible.
