How do I cancel my Musio subscription?
Before canceling, if you’re experiencing an issue or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team at support@musio.com. Many issues can be quickly resolved, allowing you to continue using Musio without disruption.
If you still wish to cancel, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at portal.musio.com.
- In the middle column, click "Cancel Subscription."
What happens after I cancel?
- Monthly subscriptions: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll retain access until then.
- Annual subscriptions: Your subscription will remain active for the rest of your billing period, but auto-renewal will be turned off.
You’re always welcome back! If you decide to return in the future, you can restart your subscription anytime, and your renewal date will update to your new start date.
How do I delete my Musio account?
