We value your feedback! Whether you have feedback, feature requests, or spot areas for improvement, your input helps us make Musio better.
There are two ways to submit feedback in Musio, depending on the type of feedback:
- Feedback about the Musio application (e.g., feature requests, bugs, interface).
- Feedback about the instruments in the Musio catalog (e.g., sound issues, etc.).
Submitting your feedback through the correct channel ensures it reaches the right team quickly and efficiently.
Submitting Feedback About the Musio Application
To submit feedback about the Musio app:
- Open Musio.
- Click the three-line menu at the top-right corner.
- Select Submit Feedback.

A Submit Musio Feedback form will appear (see screenshot below).
- Fill out the form with details about your feedback.
- Check the Include Logs box to send us more detailed information.
- Optionally, attach files (e.g., screenshots or videos) to help us understand the feedback better.
- Press Submit.
Submitting Feedback About Instruments in the Musio Catalog
To submit feedback about instruments:
- Open Musio.
- Load the instrument with the issue.
- Click the Gear icon next to the output channels.
- Select Submit Instrument Feedback.

A Submit Musio Feedback form will appear.
- Fill out the form with details about the instrument issue.
- Check the Include Logs box to send technical details.
- Optionally, attach files (e.g., a MIDI file or recording) to help us replicate the issue.
- Press Submit.
What Happens Next?
Once your feedback is submitted, our Support team will review it. If they can answer the feedback directly, they will respond as quickly as possible. If they need to escalate it to a member of our team for additional investigation it will look like this:
Depending on the nature of the feedback:
- App feedback: If there is an app bug or something that requires more technical investigation, they might escalate the issue to our Development team.
- Instrument feedback: If the Support team can replicate the issue, they may escalate it to the Production team for further investigation.
