How much does Musio cost?
A Musio subscription is $9.99 per month or $99 per year, and with a subscription you'll have access to all of the latest catalog updates. We also offer a perpetual license known as Musio 1 for $399, which will grant you access to 2023's catalog of instruments with the option to upgrade to the subsequent year's collections in the future.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can try Musio absolutely FREE, no credit card required. You will get full access to all of Musio for up to 30 days. During this time you can create, compose, and collaborate with access to the entire instrument catalog. You will receive email alerts as well as in-app notifications prior to your free trial expiration date. When your free trial ends, you can activate a monthly or annual subscription or Musio 1 license at any time.
How do I activate my Subscription or License?
Sign up here to create your account! Your 30-day free trial will begin right away. You can sign up for a paid monthly or annual subscription or Musio 1 license at any point, during or after the trial. Once the payment has gone through successfully, your Musio subscription or license will be automatically added to your account.
Note: When you sign up for any of our paid options your free trial will end, and your paid access will start right away.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
You can cancel a monthly Musio subscription at any time. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you will maintain access to Musio for the full year from the start date. If you cancel during the year, you will not be automatically re-billed at the start of the next cycle. You can resume a monthly or annual subscription at any time after the year has expired, and the renewal date will be adjusted to your new start date.

If I pause or cancel my Monthly or Annual Subscription, can I still use the Instruments I had in an old project?
If Musio Connect sees that your subscription is inactive, you will not be able to load instruments into the instrument rack or download new content. You will still be able to browse the catalog and see what is present, but until your subscription is reactivated you will not be able to load or play any Instruments. Previous sessions will not load the Instruments into the rack, but your saved data will be preserved, so if you reactivate your subscription and later reopen the session everything will load in normally.
