Welcome to Musio! This guide walks you through getting started, from purchasing your subscription to setting up your account and installing the software. Follow the steps below:
1. Sign Up for an Account
- Go to musio.com/pricing.
- Choose a monthly or annual subscription and click “Get Started.”
- Enter your name, email address, and a password to create an account.
- (Optional) Check the first box if you’d like to receive email updates about new instruments and features.
- (Required) Check the second box to agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
- Click Sign Up.
2. Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Musio.
- Click the verification link inside the email to activate your account.

Once verified, you may see this message:
“Congratulations! Your free trial has begun!” If you see this, it means a 7-day free trial was started alongside your subscription purchase.
3. Complete Your Purchase
- You’ll be taken to a payment page to complete your subscription.

During checkout, enter:
- Email address
- Country
- Zip/postcode
- (Optional) Check the box to receive Musio updates and news.
- Enter your payment information.

Double-check your email address at the bottom right.
- If there’s a typo, click “Change” to fix it before proceeding.
- Click “Pay” to finalize your purchase.
- You’ll receive a subscription confirmation email from our payment processor, Paddle.
4. Install Musio

You’ll receive another email:
“Welcome to Musio! Your Monthly (or Annual) Membership is now activated.” - Click the Log In button in the email to access your account at portal.musio.com.
- Click one of the installer buttons in the top-right corner to download and install Musio.
- Open Musio, log in with your account credentials, and start making music!
